3x4m Gartenhütte (Nut & Feder): Krumme Bretter & Spaltbildung an der Vorderseite – Was tun?

Hallo zusammen,

Vielen Dank schon mal!

Feedback on my current Kettlebell routine & weight progression? (41yo, office worker)

Hi everyone,

I’m relatively new to kettlebell training. I’m 41 years old and spend most of my day sitting in front of a computer due to my desk job.

Since starting (3 weeks ago), I already feel significantly better—more agile, more mobile, and overall looser and stronger. I’m really enjoying the workouts!

I’ve watched a ton of videos and tried out many different exercises, and I’ve now put together a routine that I’d like to briefly share with you. I am currently using a 12 kg kettlebell. I do all exercises two-handed (or alternating, in the case of hand to hand curls, etc.).

My routine consists of the following exercises:

20 Arround the Body Swing
10 Swings
10 Woodchopers Right Side
10 Woodchopers Left side
10 Thrusters
10 Hand to Hand Curls
10 Halos
10 Press into Pullover (standing)

Depending on my form and breathing, I push through these exercises with short breaks, taking about 6 to 7 minutes to complete one full round. I then rest for 1.5 to 2 minutes before starting the next round. I repeat this a total of 5 times, taking about 40 minutes in total to complete all 5 rounds.

I’ve also attached my workout stats. I’m actually very happy with them—they show that I’m getting a great workout. My heart rate gets pretty high at times, but I manage to stay just out of the red zone, which I'm happy about.

Now to my questions:

  1. Do you think I would get better results by moving to a heavier weight with fewer reps/sets (e.g., higher weight, but only 3 rounds)? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.
  2. If I should scale up, what weight would you recommend jumping to? Straight to 16 kg? 18 kg? Or something lighter first? Buying a new kettlebell is a bit of an investment for me, so price is definitely a factor.

Thank you so much for your feedback on my routine, future weight progression, and my workout stats. Much appreciated!

Buy and repair?

Hi everyone,

I found an ad where I can get these two kettlebells for €40 (approx. $43.50 USD), and I wanted to ask if it's worth grabbing them.

I actually only need the 16 kg kettlebell. Can the damage on the handle horn be repaired?

How do you repair it, and how much would it cost?

Do you just paint over it and that's it?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Very low pulse at night?

Hi everyone,

I’m feeling dizzy today and having some gastrointestinal issues. I just looked at my sleep data and was very surprised by the results. Apparently, my heart rate dropped to 23 bpm. Is this cause for concern? Should I see a doctor? What do you think, or could this just be a measurement error?

Customizing the Zepp App 2x2 Widget (Helio Strap)

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using the Amazfit Helio Strap for several weeks now. I recently discovered the smartphone widget feature via the Zepp app, specifically the 2x2 tile that displays on the screen.

By default, it shows my "Calories Remaining" (nutrition status). While that’s useful, I’d love to be able to customize it—for example, to show my current heart rate or other health metrics instead.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to edit the data shown in this widget, and if so, how do I do it? Or is the 2x2 widget fixed to calories only?

Thanks in advance for the help!
