I notice when i study in the morning from 9am to 1 pm im always tired. I always feel too hot then my sleep comes.
This is so strange tho, because i sleep well.
I need help on getting rid of that tiredness and unproductive time. What do you think i should do.
Hey girls, i want to start taking good care of my hair. I lost alot of hair due to school stress,. My hair is wavy(tho i have curls, i just dont take care of it so its tured wavy).
My thought on hair oils is that if its expensive then its good, idk if that true tho. I'd want to put something reliable on my hair.
My budget it up to 90$. Im looking for oils that could help with growth, and fix damaged hair, make the hair stronger.
I was planning on getting the gisou hair oil but a few people told me that it's not that good, and it doesn't really help the hair,.

When i take photos, the camera will either make the closer object clear and the background blurry, or it'll make the closer objects blurry and the background/farther objects clear.
I always try to tap the middle of the screen to try to balance it so that the whole picture is clear. But id doesn't work.
Did i mess something in my camera settings?? Idk what i did.
This is one example but ive taken hundreds of photos even with the family and it turns out like that.

Is anyone taking ipa symbols in english language.
I find it hard memorise how the symbols for the vowels and diphthongs look.
Its such a hard topic and its also so annoying to deal with, but in each exam around 10 questions are about the ipa symbols. Which sound produces this underlined letter in this word makes. Or questions asking which sound in the word isn't correct.
Please help :(((
I kinda noticed tyat my problem with the sounds in english is that i forget how the shapes look. And sometimes there are 2 different shapes for a single short or long vowel
When i wake up at 5 am and start studying, my mind tells me that i should sleep an hour or so. I get annoyed at this thought. It only comes up in the early morning/ dawn.
How do i get rid of these thoughts that my mind keeps on telling me.
I have my finals coming up, so i genuinely have to study. I cant lack and fall behind with my finals schedule and studying.
