So I bought the White Poodle plush... What is with this bow?!? I don't know why they felt the need to add something that isn't even on the pet IRL?? I was already disappointed that it doesn't have the OG Webkinz art style, but at least the plush is the closest thing we've had to a true OG Webkinz in a very long time.
I was finally habituated (or so I thought) and was back to living my life again, and then like three days ago I’ve returned to feeling so helpless and focusing on my T nonstop. I don’t know what to do. It may be caused by stress in my personal and professional life. But I just can’t believe I’m back to what feels like square one.
I guess it’s helpful to focus on the fact that I made it through before, so I’ll make it through again, but damn this is hard. Also, any idea as to what could have caused me to basically have this “relapse?”
Just to add, my tinnitus is not hearing loss related (or at least the ENT says my hearing is fine), and the frequency does change when I move my jaw around. I grind my teeth quite severely and have a Rx nightguard, and my jaw often cracks and clicks (sometimes very loudly).
I feel like I didn’t make the most of my time at Pitt… if I could go back, I would in a heartbeat. Maybe grad school? 🤔
