So I bought the White Poodle plush... What is with this bow?!? I don't know why they felt the need to add something that isn't even on the pet IRL?? I was already disappointed that it doesn't have the OG Webkinz art style, but at least the plush is the closest thing we've had to a true OG Webkinz in a very long time.

Hello everyone. I have a webkinz account I made at the beginning of this year because I had one as a child that I lost do to inactivity. Webkinz brings me so much joy. I have really bad mental health issues and webkinz has been a big help for me, allowing me to connect with a community when I had agoraphobia and make friends. I even did a giveaway for my birthday and gave away three older pets I found thrifting just to spread the joy. It's been so helpful for childhood healing. I spend a lot of time alone and I cannot express how much webkinz means to me. I say all of this embarrassing stuff, because I logged on last night after a horrible week where I've been barely able to do anything, I was so excited to play. I hadn't logged on in days, maybe even a week, and when I logged in it said my account was banned permanently for violating user agreement. I have never used chat, I pay for deluxe, I haven't bought any items or anything from the ganz store in a while, I haven't had any issues logging in or shared my account details, I haven't done ANYTHING. I also have autism and I add this bc I have read through everything on every part of their user agreement and please, can someone explain why they would take my account ?? I cannot find anything in there I could have violated. I'm so devastated I've struggled sleeping last night. Can anyone please help me figure out what to do? I genuinely sobbed for hours I cannot express how upset I am over this account I have put so much time and love into and that has brought me endless hours of joy in such a bad spot of my life
