I would really love some advice from my fellow gay trans guys. This sub has always been full of really genuine people with good advice. I’m 18 and just had PIV sex with my boyfriend for the first time. He’s cis and I’m almost 3 years on T, having had top surgery earlier this year. We had both never done anything sexual with anyone before this and didn’t plan for it to happen so there were no condoms or lube involved. But that was all okay. What I’d like advice on is what to expect as a trans guy having PIV sex and what sort of long term or short term protection we should probably start using. I never thought I’d find a guy who I’d be so comfortable with and let see, touch or do things with me. But here I am, and it’s wonderful. I just don’t know the risks of stuff like pregnancy, him just cumming on my underwear, or in his. Sorry this is so explicit. I’m young and confused but willing to learn and figure out if long term contraceptives might be worth it. Because there is no way I’d ever want to be pregnant. What is your experience? And what advice should I use to be safe but make it enjoyable for the both of us?
