Shifting away from community social work?
I’m currently a case manager for an ACT team. Prior to that, I worked at a women’s day shelter. I started there as a practicum student so this is really the extent of my social work. How did you make the shift into different types of social work? I really want to do more macro level and actually use my MSSW but I don’t even know where to start

Saw a few comments saying AI but lots saying it wasn’t too. They have a whole page but the way the big dog moves feels off
Edit: thank you everyone! I had a feeling it was AI but didn’t know why. My mom sent it to me and I know she wouldn’t believe me if I just had a feeling
Edit 2: was not expecting this to get so many responses and want to thank everyone! I think it’s really interesting and concerning how many likes and comments this got on Instagram. While some are definitely bots, I had mutuals liking it as well. And most of them were younger and from what I would consider a technology savvy generation. Apparently on Facebook they disclose they are AI, however I don’t recall seeing anything on instagram in their bio or tags to disclose it

[RECOMMENDATIONS] Looking for a bra to wear while nipple piercings heal
I’m getting my nipples pierced this weekend. Everything I’ve read says to either not wear a bra at all or wear a relaxed sports bra while healing. I can’t be braless as I work frequently with male clients who already make me uncomfy. Other problem is, I’m a FF. I’ve never found a sports bra that is a cloth, comfortable one that wasn’t completely without support or binding me down like a straight jacket. Has anyone here with larger breasts gotten their nipples pierced? What did you wear while healing?
