the biggest I've ever had, especially on my gumline (usually I get them on my lip)

the biggest I've ever had, especially on my gumline (usually I get them on my lip)
33f. I went to some unlicensed folks to get my tooth out (yes, I know, all I had was $150 and I was completely desperate in a way i did not know was possible) and my gum was healing fine for like 11 days, but now it's looking pretty crazy. the side of the gum that's attached to the other molar is raw, red, inflamed and slightly yellow. (the other side is fine) I'm already on antibiotics and have been for awhile. what else can I do? can I use my mouthwash that has alcohol in it or should I avoid that? really trying to kill these germs.
so when I was 18 (I am 33f) I went to the dentist and they did an X-ray and told me my wisdom teeth had come in. I looked at the X-ray and I saw three wisdom teeth. two on bottom, one on top.they referred me to an oral surgeon and at the time (and growing up) my daddy was a cop so I had decent dental insurance so obviously my parents said yes take them out. the day of the surgery (I'm 19 at this point) they take more X-rays. again, 3 wisdom teeth. they told me that humans are evolving out of wisdom teeth, and some people have 1, some people have 4, some people have none, etc. they also informed me that my insurance will only pay for the bottom ones because the top one was so impacted that it was essentially horizontal and would never make its way down my jaw anyway.
fast forward to now... that tooth has definitely made its way down my jaw lol. it's coming out the side of my face, growing into my lip sideways literally. it's painful, but that's not the crazy part. the crazy part is that THE OTHER ONE IS COMING DOWN TOO. THE ONE MISSING FROM ALL MY XRAYS. what the hell happened????? I was excited about only having one pain in the ass left!! now there's another!!! can your face produce new wisdom teeth past ages 19/20? how late could it have made the tooth?
Skin Nutritions Botanicals viral dollar tree serums... unpopular opinion???
first of all. there is no way *IN HELLLLLLLL* that this company is actually aware of what is in their products, period. they have a multi peptide serum, that if it were sold by the fucking ordinary, would still cost you $30. and they're selling it for a damn dollar. no. way. in. hell. there's no peptides in that lol. it's nice and hydrating, I used the whole bottle, it definitely looks nice, but is it doing anything long term? is there actually 5 expensive peptides within it? no. the obvious answer is no.
second of all. the other product I got from them, the glow up serum. it has a fragrance. like an obvious one. I thought maybe it was a fragrant ingredient or extract or oil, nope. there's nothing in the ingredients that would smell like that. it's fragrance. and the product claims to be fragrance free.
so two products - two red flags. I don't believe any of these products have anything they claim, and I think everyone's supposed great results are either placebo or just the basic water glycerin base doing its usual hydrating thing, or some other product.
third.... there's zero info about this brand. no real website, no background, nothing whatsoever. theyre a ghost brand. and that in and of itself is enough for me to write it off completely. they're full of it.
cheap doesn't mean better, this is one of those examples. just get the Neutrogena or the elf skincare. dollar tree shit can't be trusted.
