Been together for 14 years, married 7 years and share a 5 year old daughter.

Infedelity on my end emotionally online, not to justify it but I had been pushed away after our child came into the world and our arguments resulted in her putting me down and even hitting me in some cases because "i pushed her buttons" so I sought out attention from other women online.

She has screenshots of my infidelity and access to my phone all the time whereas I cannot get into hers.

I've tried saving any sort of evidence that she has hit me but she deletes it off my phone.

She has threatened to keep my daughter from me if we ever get divorced and she has kicked me out of the house on a few occasions.

Infidelity has not occured in 1 year and our arguments are from disagreements regarding my family.

Last night I came to find she had cut up some shirts of mine and no clue what she did to a collector's boxset I had and I let it go and didn't bring it up this morning.

This morning I finally got footage since she kicked me on camera and when I tried to save it, she deleted it from the app and I screenrecorded and it says that the footage had been deleted...

Also she took my cellphone away and usually cleans out my accounts to deny me access to $$$
