Amazon says Prime Air plans to serve 500 cities, towns by end of 2026
Amazon announced that its Prime Air service is rapidly expanding and plans to reach nearly 500 cities and towns in the United States by the end of 2026-a sixfold increase from its current footprint-bringing ultrafast drone delivery to communities with tens of millions of customers across the country. Prime Air offers a selection of items by drone, including millions of groceries, electronics, cosmetics, medications, and household products, delivered in as fast as 30 minutes. "Customers already turn to Amazon for fast Same- and Next-Day Delivery, and Prime Air provides them an even speedier option when they need it, with deliveries in as fast as 30 minutes," said David Carbon, vice president of Amazon Prime Air. "We've already delivered hundreds of thousands of packages to customers by drone this year, and by the end of 2026 we plan to reach customers in nearly 500 cities and towns. We're pairing the convenience of ultrafast drone delivery with the low prices and selection customers love about Amazon."
ZM Zoom Communications reinstated with a Buy at BofA BofA reinstated coverage of Zoom Communications with a Buy rating and $130 price target. DELL Dell Technologies price target raised to $550 from $500 at Evercore ISI Evercore ISI raised the firm's price target on Dell Technologies to $550 from $500 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm believes Dell's storage portfolio remains underappreciated at current share levels and "should enable not just revenue but also profit acceleration." As enterprises repatriate workloads back on-premise, storage demand will pick up, and Dell "could be unique in providing a more end-to-end AI offering," the analyst tells investors in a research note. In Evercore's bull case, Dell's storage business can grow revenue double-digits and contribute $2.00 of earnings per share.

Okta price target raised to $165 from $120 at Truist
Truist analyst Junaid Siddiqui raised the firm's price target on Okta to $165 from $120 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares as part of an off-cycle software earnings preview. The "setup appears constructive" as cyber spending remains resilient, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Lowe's reports Q2 adjusted EPS $4.40, consensus $4.22
Reports Q2 revenue $25.96B, consensus $26.11B. Comparable sales for the quarter increased 0.2%, driven by strong performance in Pro and home services sales, as well as a 15.7% increase in online sales, partially offset by persistent DIY macro pressures. "Sustained growth in Pro, Online and Home Services led to our fifth consecutive quarter of positive comp sales, despite pressure in discretionary DIY spending," said Marvin R. Ellison, Lowe's chairman, president and CEO. "While the near-term remains dynamic, our teams are executing at a high level, advancing our Total Home strategy and investing to drive growth and profitability. I would like to thank all of our frontline associates for their hard work and dedication to our customers."

YARDENI: 5% TREASURY YIELD IS THE KEY LINE
Ed Yardeni isn’t alarmed by surging global bond yields—yet.
He expects the U.S. 10-year Treasury yield to remain within a 4%-5% range without seriously hurting the economy or corporate earnings.
But with the yield now near 4.73%, he’s watching the “Bond Vigilantes” more closely.
A move above 5% could raise concerns, although Yardeni expects strong buyer demand around that level.
