Do these curtains work in my room?
I just got these brown curtains from Amazon. They’re pretty but a little darker than expected. I just put them up and can’t tell if they work or are clashing with my space. I added a pic of the curtains I had before. I felt like my original curtains matched too much with my chair and didn’t add much to the room.
I’m also hoping for any other design advice on how improve my space, so I included more pictures of my room. I don’t have much room to work with but I want it to be my cozy sanctuary with some artsy vibes.
Things I’m looking to change:
- bedding
- upholstered headboard in maybe a natural linen color
- possibly switch out the side table in the seating corner with a floor lamp or get another side table and table lamp
- wall color (though it needs to stay light to use my projector)
- fill my frames with art
