Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking to rent/lease a 2 bedroom, 1-2 bath apartment for $2,000 a month or less. We’re looking to move in around September 1st and are open to a 6-12 month lease or monthly.

We’ll be renting with just the two of us and she has two very sweet cats so we’d be looking for a cat friendly home. 🐱🐱

We’re looking for somewhere with a short commute by walking or by RTA to both RCC and UCR preferably in a quiet and safe area.
