Tips to make deep fried tofu but healthier

What the title says. I went to a Malaysian restaurant and got some lo mein and the tofu was amazing! I haven’t been vegan for too long but I wanted to replicate it (but maybe a little healthier + I don’t have a deep fryer). Any tips?

Recipe for Tofu scramble —> runny eggs?

Just egg is really expensive so I was wondering if someone had a tofu recipe for more runny eggs? All of the ones I’ve seen look really dry in consistency

AITA for feeling annoyed with my friend and her bf

Recently I (19F) moved into an apartment with my two close friends for the summer. We’re all in college and we’ve been friends for two years. The friend I’m closer to, let’s call her X, asked me about 6 months ago if I wanted to live with her for the summer and I of course said yes. Then when the time came to choose our housing, she told me that she wanted to live with her boyfriend and that i should find a random roommate. Of course this pissed me off so much as i thought we were close enough friends to where i wouldn’t need a random roommate, and that she wouldn’t ditch me for her boyfriend. Anyway, I explained how I felt to her and she got incredibly defensive and said that “her boyfriend is changing his living plans right now just so she can be closer to me.” This made me feel like such a burden.. but we ended up working it out and we did a 3 bedroom apartment with X, my other roommate let’s call her Y, and me. X’s boyfriend got his own apartment. For the first week when we moved in and X’s boyfriend wasn’t there, we had so much fun and I really enjoyed being in a girls’ space. But then he came back and he used the excuse of hating his apartment to completely moving in with us in X’s room. Like he moved in all of his clothes into her room. Every time I want to talk about something without him knowing I have to literally whisper to them in hopes that he won’t hear. Today I asked X and Y if they wanted to go to the mall and go to Victoria’s Secret together in hopes that it would be a girls thing (since.. yk, it’s Victoria’s Secret) but she brought up bringing her boyfriend? Of course I understand bringing your bf to Victoria’s Secret when it’s just you and him, but when your friends are there? I’m sorry but I’m not very comfortable with that. Another thing is his apartment’s rent is a lot cheaper than our rent but he’s still using all the utilities which is included in our rent. The worst part is she actually once asked me several months ago if it would be okay if we lived in an apartment with him there and I told her that neither I nor my parents would be comfortable with that situation, but she still went ahead and did this. I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt because X and her bf recently went through something traumatic together, and they’re probably super close because of that, but it just feels unfair to me. I don’t think Y feels the same as me (at least she doesn’t show it) which makes me feel like I’m just being dramatic, but I’m also so scared to bring it up to X because knowing her she gets really mad at me; when we talked about this a few months ago, she was really upset with me. Sorry this was so long. AITAH for feeling upset about this?

Edit: after my first fight with X, I told Y I’d move in with her. Then X said actually I want to live with you guys. Didn’t expect the bf to also come with her.

Do people actually like being asked fun hypothetical questions?

Title. Not like stupid questions with stupid arguments, but real ones in order to understand the other person’s point of view and beliefs a bit better. I keep wanting to ask my bf a bunch of fun would you rather and just random questions overall but I don’t wanna annoy him LOL and also I feel like I’m not great at convo so whenever I meet someone new I like asking them a fun question to break the ice, but just wanted to know if it comes off annoying or like I have a good personality.

Vegan dove chocolate bars

When I was younger I would eat dove chocolate bars like this all the time. Does anyone know any copy cat recipes or maybe even vegan alternatives? Thank you!
