Rant: anti feminist roommate

So basically in 11th and 12th standard I was in a boarding school. In 11th standard my roommates weren't that good but they were politically correct though lmao but 12th mein mujhe aisi bandi ke saath room mila jiske baare mein everyone used to say ki she's misogynistic and superstitious 💀 and me being me I thought maybe it's "not that bad" 😂.

So now, when I finally got a room with her the first few months were fine because we didn't talk much basically. But when we actually got a bit close and I started hearing her bio essentialist trash opinions on gender and her anti feminist views it was quite, eye opening 💀 eye opening in the sense ki how can someone be so stupid 😭😭🥀 also like her father used to give me cult leader vibes. She had no original thoughts and opinions of her own, whenever we used to have a debate she used to say shit like "pitaji se puchh ke batayenge". And the funniest thing was ki she wanted to join the army like gng 💀 how can you be bio essentialist and believe that women are "naturally fragile" and still want to do such a "masculine" job??? 😭😭 So self contradictory tbh

Also, her family overall just had weird vibes. They didn't believe in taking vaccines because of some pseudoscientific reasons lol but but but only her father was allowed to go and take the vaccine in order to "test" whether it's good or not. And of course everytime it used to be bad 🤣 I think he was planning to kill them tbh. Sometimes I used to feel sad for her because she was so terribly brainwashed by her father and her mother also was married off to her father at the age of 19 while he was freaking 32 💀. But still after hearing all this bs coming from her I lost all respect I had for her (if I even had any??) and just waited for the school to get over asap.

PLEASE DON'T MAKE MALE CENTERED AND ANTI FEMINIST WOMEN YOUR FRIENDS THEY'LL GENUINELY DESTROY YOUR LIFE AND MENTAL HEALTH 😭🙏🏻

"feminism doesn't mean that you're not going to respect your culture/religion" BULLSHIT

It's so baffling to me that women are expected to respect these so-called cultures and religions that treat them worse than farm animals, reducing their value to baby making machines. Why should women be even expected to respect cultures and religions that don't even respect them and don't even acknowledge them as full human beings? "Feminism is against culture" so let it fucking be? God forbid women don't want to be trapped and abused inside their homes in the name of preserving culture. And if people want women to respect their culture so badly then why don't they make their culture pro women, abolish their misogynistic traditions that reduce women to a piece of property, then we can talk about respecting "culture and tradition".

My neighbour pimps out his wife to his brother(s?).

Giving a bit of background - I'm originally from Bihar. Mere ghar ke bagal mein jo family rehti incestous hai wo. The patriarch of the family treats his wife as a property and pimps her out to his brother for money. It's so sad that women get treated like this in their own homes and still people have the audacity to say how she'd be safer if she stays inside. Also there's a rumour about her doing black magic (which I don't believe in obv) and even the current generation of brothers and sisters of this house who are of my age group indulge in incest. Idk how people like this are real but it is what it is i guess.

Do anything but never have a male centered woman as a friend:)

We talk about staying away from men with misogynistic tendencies, but today I want to highlight how it is also important to stay away from women with misogynistic tendencies by giving examples from my real life experience. See, don't get me wrong, I'm not at all saying that these women deserve patriarchal oppression because they defend it, but we should not be very close to them or befriend them as they can never truly be your friend and will literally sacrifice you if they're getting male validation from that. An example from my life is my ex bestfriend, very male centered had a boyfriend who used to flirt with other girls and she didn't leave him until she got completely exhausted and used to use me as a tool to resolve conflicts with her boyfriend because apparently she herself couldn't go and confront him and that guy was just, idk what to even say except the fact that he started hitting on me right after they broke up (ofcourse I didn't entertain it). My ex bestfriend was friends with a guy who used to say stuff like "saari ladkiyan randi hoti hain" and she even used to ignore or laugh it off and when I used to tell her that this is not ok she just used to say "chill karo itna bhi kya bhai jaisa hi toh hai" like WOW 🙏🏻 and her younger brother was also misogynistic asf, shit at studies and used to look upto this guy she was friends with. If this wasn't enough, she did another horrible thing. She became friends with another very male centered girl who used to spread rumours about me in school and slutshame me, look down upon other girls and used to even fat shame her current "bestfriend" i.e. my ex bestfriend. I blocked her as soon as we passed out of school. It's just sad how some women can stoop so low just for validation from men, male centered women can truly never be your allies, as soon as a male is involved they'll not care about you and you'd always be looked at by them as a competition rather than a friend. So women, please choose your friends wisely.

My younger brother is the worst.

So, I'm 19, dropped this year at 94%ile didn't study in coaching in 11-12 cuz my father didn't agree for dummy schooling so drop year was kind of decided. I took a drop with online coaching, and I am studying I don't have self discipline issues. My younger brother is 13 and in 7th standard, his summer vacations are going on right now. Whenever he sees that I'm not doing anything on my laptop he asks for my laptop to watch yt or play games, no problem. But the thing is when I ask him to give me my laptop back when I need it for studies, he doesn't comply and is always saying "just 1 more minute" and he wastes 30 mins just like that. Today I lashed out at him and just said that my studies are more important why don't you understand that, and this 13 year old literally made me cry, he was saying stuff like "we should just throw you out of here" "wish you went to Kota in your drop year, the city known for student suicide and go on to become one of them" I was literally shattered and was questioning does he even consider me as his sister? I said "that's it, everything we had is over now". And snatched my laptop away from him and went back to study and he still kept disturbing and ragebaiting me that "ho gya ego hurt" like WHAT EGO!?? I'm gonna talk to my parents tomorrow to let me shift in the room upstairs. Needed to get this off my head.

I'm so confused ki bitsat ke liye chemistry ka kya karoon. It's like sometimes the questions in the mocks are so random bro like how am I even supposed to know what cationic detergent is used in hair conditioners? 😭 And it gets me so demotivated because it feels so foreign to me aur lagta ki kuch padha hi ni hai maine 😭🥀 aise hi chemistry zyada achchi meri aur aise random ass sawal dekh ke aur dimag kharab hota
