I am a swe at big tech. I saved around 17L, parents lent me 13L with 0% interest. Invested 30L for a 2bhk flat (650sqft) and I'll be getting 12.5k per month as rent as well. Just now done with the documentation works!

edit2: I rented out to 2 bachelors and they have office nearby. Again, it's only 650sqft and 243 uds only hence the cheap rate!

edit3: the house is inaugurated in 2019. so 7yo second hand

edit4: it's in Chennai, my hometown. U can find it in Chennai City on the outskirts, a lot of cheap houses. Mine is near to a small tech park hence the bigger rent.

Came out to my parents. They think this as mental illness and asking me to pray God for God to remove this thoughts of being in wrong body away. I told them, it's fine if they wanna think this is as mental illness but the treatment to it is transitioning, but they are not understanding at all. They are saying God can do many things including completely remove my thoughts of trying to be trans or wanna transition and rep.

I would like to buy .XYZ domain but all the domain registrars want me to enter my primary email address which I don't want to. Is there any reputable domain registrar that wouldnt go bankrupt and has crypto payment, no kyc, no primary email address required?
