Uni accommodation confusion?

I’m a prospective student to Sunderland for medicine, they gave me a link to the accommodation. The three options are Panns Bank, The precinct and Scotia Quay. I know this application is very late maybe but I only received an offer a week or so ago. I was thinking of applying for Scotia Quay as I’m not very interested in sharing a bathroom with others. Panns Bank en suites are ofc higher price than the Scotia Quay, from the pictures provided in the website I can’t tell if Scotia Quay looks like it hasn’t been maintained well or not so now I’m kind of lost? Do I apply to both? Am I allowed to apply for two accoms and then pick if I get a room? Also is there any like things I should know about the accoms that isn’t stated on the website and descriptions?

I’m not going to oxbridge or anything and I’m also not trying to be disrespectful to those who are it’s just I hear my parents/ relatives saying that kind of stuff and I’m deeping it now.
