what should i add?

i cant pierce my high cartilage but what else should i add in my lobe area?

im thinking of adding 2 stacked lobes on top of my 1st and 2nds

what other piercings would look good? i cant pierce the top of my ear

okay so update: this part of my lobe got super swollen and the bar for the earring was too short and would barely stick out of the back. the stone on the earring was starting to get imbedded into the skin. i took it out but i do plan on trying to get it redone professionally once all of my others are completely healed. definitely learned my lesson. no more small gems, no more butterfly backs😬

how can i care for this spot on my ear?

my 2nd stacked lobe which is only a few days old looks really dry. is this normal? if not what can i do?
