We started a two year relationship in 2020 and during that time we broke up and got back together about three times. Since then, we’ve remained “friends” and still see each other once in a while.

The thing is, ever since I met him in 2020, I’ve never really been interested in anyone else. I just feel at home when I’m with him. We always have fun and the sex has always been great.

I don’t know if he’s interested in getting back together. I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t the best girlfriend. I was very inconsistent, and I think he still has some resentment because of that. But sometimes I can’t shake the feeling that he was the one and that I’ll never find someone like him again.

I’ve noticed a pattern in my relationships that I don’t fully understand.
I’ve been deeply hurt by two close friends. During one of the hardest periods of my life, when I was grieving, neither of them checked in on me. One of them even lives two blocks away and never once asked how I was doing.

Since then, I’ve found it increasingly difficult to connect with people. It often feels like the people who approach me are mainly interested in my appearance or in what I can do for them, rather than building a genuine friendship.

Hi! I’m a pharmacist and I’m starting to feel like this field isn’t for me anymore. On top of that, job opportunities are very limited where I live (I’m from a third-world country).

Not only was I robbed but I was also blackmailed, so I can’t do anything about it. I’m totally powerless. This happened a couple of hours ago and I’m completely dissociated.
