It is slowly working

Been doing 18/6; 19/5 IF for a couple of weeks. Before that I did do it but less organised.

It is working. Slowly.

I find it really hard to stay away from junk in the eating window but eating unprocessed is working. Getting there.

The embarrassing thing is that I only have 11 lbs to move but it was never shifting. Self sabotage mostly.

Joshua and Jesus: Pick holes in my thinking

Hi. I'll be as brief as possible. Here are my broad brushstroke suppositions.

  1. Jesus and Joshua having the same name is significant.

  2. Joshua's conquest failed

  3. Jesus in Mark, working a ministry of healing and teaching in Decapolis, Tyre and Sidon can be interpreted as mirroring the conquest in true fulfilling style (possibly including feeding of 4000 depending on geographical interpretations).

  4. Parallel concept is Jesus as Israel

If you get a moment I'd be grateful if you could have a think about the feasibility of these suppositions and be free to be harsh.

Damon Albarn

Just got round to the new season. Late. I enjoyed this interview. A lot going on and a genuine ramble.

I found Adam interesting in this episode. He was good. Albarn is a character and not always easy to interview. He was, as described, a bit "chippy". Adam Buxton made the decision to push back. He matched Albarn's energy and I think this moved the conversation on in an interesting way.

I don't think Adam would have always done this previously and I enjoyed the ep.

Cannot unheard it.

This must have been going on since we moved in over a year ago, but I heard it for the first time 2 nights past and now it is all I hear.

We live in a small house and there is a large cabinet in our bedroom, downstairs, in the only spot it fits.

Whenever the cold water flow to the washing shuts off, it causes a vibration somewhere under the bedroom and the cabinet rattles.

I will either put something under the cabinet to absorb the vibration or slowly go mad.

Edit re title error. Should say cannot unhear it but autocorrect did its thing.
