Inexpensive/free spay and neuter
I inherited a puppy from my cousin about 2 years ago. She is a small breed which is good because I can not afford a single cent more for her expenses. I have not been able to get her fixed. Each time in the last 2 years that I thought I was close to being able to afford it, a different expense would come up.
She is at risk of getting pregnant and is currently in heat. During my in office work days she is left with a family member who I don’t think will do a great job keeping her away from his unaltered male dog.
I just need to get her fixed. Does anyone know tips or advice on getting this done?
