Stuck on T5, can't understand what to do

Hello. I'm playing a Whirlwind Barb this season. First of all, huge thanks to the community and giveaway hosts who threw some amazing gear my way, super grateful for the help.

Since I skipped most of last season and haven't put many hours into this one, I’m kinda lost on what my next steps should be with my gear.

Quick questions for you guys:

  1. What should I be prioritizing right now to actually make this build pop? Any specific missing items or aspects I need to farm for?
  2. I got a Ramaladni's and a Tuskhelm, but they're both 850 item power. Are the unique powers worth using them anyway for now, or should I hold off until I get 925 drops?

Appreciate any tips or advice on what to do next. Thanks!
