The holes of the tune-o-matrix are narrower than the wraparound bridge, even tho the strings are the same distance apart, is there a way I can plug the holes, drill new ones and fit the tune-o-matic, or would what mess up all of the measurements and intonation things to unfixable levels?

I’m building a tabletop harpsichord and I want to know what the lowest note I can produce with the best sound quality and tension is with the amount of space I’ve given myself (45 inches), but idk where to start looking or researching.
