Should you use tube sealant when putting in a tube? Not too sure if that is needed for an ebike

Just got my XP4 about 3 weeks ago. Both of my tires went flat from being in my car too long. My fault. So when I go to my local bike shop to just get the tires fixed. They told me to kick rocks because this brand is not under their warranty. That was some BS. I would understand that if they're working on any electrical components but it was just to fix two flat tires.

Does anyone have recommendations for a rear passenger seat suitable for a smaller adult? I was considering the Buddy Seat, but the rear grab handles seem unnecessary and take up a significant amount of space. Any guidance or alternative suggestions would be appreciated.

I’m looking into getting an XP4 750, and one of the main reasons is the Buddy Seat accessory. Which frame style would be better for using the Buddy Seat—the standard frame or the Step-Thru?

Frankly, our experience has been infuriating. The apartment was not properly cleaned before move-in, with food still left in the cabinets. Maintenance issues, including a broken microwave and oven, took over two weeks to address.

Communication with management has been absolutely terrible, with calls and emails going unanswered. We were told maintenance notifications were sent by text, but we never received any, and management later admitted the mistake was on their end. Even after admitting that mistake, there was no accountability or explanation for how the issue would be corrected. Attempts to reach someone through the real estate company’s main office were equally frustrating, as phone calls frequently went unanswered there as well. Moved in about 3 months ago.
