450lbs male, nonsmoker. No fever.

I've been dealing with hemorrhoids off and on for about a year, but they usually go away with stiz baths and prep h, but I can't shake the feeling that something is really wrong. I've tried all the normal things, and I've been in discomfort and pain for about two weeks. The past 48 hours have been unbearable. Nothing is touching it.

It's not so much a tearing pain (which i get sometimes after a bowel movement) but a feeling that I am sitting on a small rock. The pressure is constant and the pain is throbbing. There is no blood and minimal pain while defecating.

When i feel, i can feel a hard, long "tube" or vein, just below the rim of my anus and running under my buttcheek. I can't take a picture of it. Also, at the base of my anus, there is hard tissue, I think.

Any thoughts? Will this go away on its own?

Hi everyone, I play on Xbox S. I'm genuinely ass at the game, like I suck at pvp, horrible at racing and driving skills, and have like 500k at level 53. I can't play very often because of work and family...Just wondering if anyone is down to help me do Prison Break and other heists with me when I can play, or hang out with someone who sucks?
