How much would it cost to build something similar to UGreen 4800 Pro

I'm just curious, if i wanted to build a NAS with similar form factor and disk slots as UGreen 4800 Pro, how much would it actually cost? excluding disks of course, but the 4800 Pro comes with a 8GB DDR-5 memory stick.

Cat6 entering house

100ft run from the garage to the other end of the house. It's connected directly to a UniFi AP inside the wall. It was meant to be a temporary solution, but it's been working fine for like 2 years. Is this okay in the long run? What improvement would you suggest?

How is microcenter pre-built g763

Is G763 a good value, or is it better to build one custom? I read on this Reddit that B850-VC Motherboard is not the best. I like that it has a full-size motherboard and appears to have plenty of space for future upgrades.

Return G532 for a prebuilt with Nvidia or just swap the GPU

Just got an open-box G532 at a moderate discount ($1350), but I realized the AI software I wanted to run works much better with an Nvidia GPU.

I'm considering either exchanging it for a pre-built with a 5070 Ti (say https://www.microcenter.com/product/710642/powerspec-g763-gaming-pc), or buying a 5070 Ti and trying to sell the AMD card. The second approach is cheaper, but I'm not really sure where/how to sell a used GPU, or how much value I can recoup. Any suggestions?

7.2.1 on Ubuntu 26.04

A software I use is stuck at rocm 7.2.1. Is there a way to set up 7.2.1 on Ubuntu 26? Tried their 24.04 instructions but failed somewhere.
