What do you guys find easier, running on a treadmill or going for a proper run outside? I have been running for around 3 months, my Mrs (been running for around a year) has always told me how much harder treadmill running is, so I never bothered trying it even though I am a member of a couple of gyms.
Was doing a workout yesterday and decided to run on a treadmill a few times through the workout, I felt it was significantly easier than outdoor running. Now thinking of only using a treadmill for building run stamina and gong on outdoor runs only a few times a month.
