Build in 1995 so the white/black is likely part of the remodel but this one is borderline to me: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/254-E-South-St-Elmhurst-IL-60126/4478534_zpid/

There are no pictures of the back facade of the house which isn't a good sign.
