Remote work options on job postings

I am noticing that there are a small number of jobs listed as “Remote” under “work options” on the job board. When you look at the job details of these postings, it appears that you are still bound to same cancel-able telework agreement. Can anyone tell me if there is any difference between these “remote” postings and “hybrid” jobs that allow 5 days wfh?

Seems to me there is no difference at present but I’m wondering if the new remote classification that was promised may be applied to the ones that are clearly labeled as remote. Has anyone gotten one of these remote-labelled jobs? And if so what did you put as your head office in your telework agreement?

EDIT: Thanks to those who responded. How disappointing but unsurprising that our employer has created a meaningless Remote label while taking no action towards creating a real and meaningful Remote classification

An honest and accurate ranking of the turtles (trigger warning)

  1. Michelangelo. To be honest, I really just made this post to glaze Michelangelo. He's the perfect team player, easygoing, always up for a laugh, and just all round great guy. Not too cocky, not too humble and an absolute world class character. If you also identify with Mikey then I just know you're a cool and chill person to have a pizza with.
  2. Leonardo. I feel like it's a hot take to put Leo before Donnie but every strong team needs a strong leader and gotta give respect to the man in blue for the burden he shoulders. Definitely not a chill guy tho.
  3. Donatello. Donnie never stood out to me as child, being the more reserved and introspective type, but he's the brains of the operation and likely a genius. I haven't watched or read all recent things TMNT so I hope they are giving him more glory now. I definitely see him come up #1 in lots of peoples lists.
  4. Master Splinter. Honorable mention as #1 Dad.
  5. Raphael. This is the person you pick last for your team. Always brings drama, always wants to sour the mood with his main character pensive bullshit. Raph needs Lexapro. Raph needs a therapist. He's clearly suffering from major depressive disorder and that makes him inherently selfish and unreliable (tho admittedly, relatable on our darkest days)

Crazy Ex Girlfriend (tv show)

Just saw a comment on here that reminded me of this show. Anyone else seen it? I highly recommend. It’s a comedy and not at all serious, but nevertheless season one was the first time I ever saw a piece of media that accurately portrayed the reality of limerence.

Every Michael fan needs to see this doc

Personally, I avoided watching it for 7 years and finally felt called to see it after watching that shit movie that is in theatres right now.

If I'm being honest, a part of me knew the truth since the first allegations came out (and that South Park episode was too on the nose, pun intended), but like many fans, I was more than happy to entertain alternative truths and "what ifs" and lean hard into that shadow of doubt.

Now, after watching Wade & James' testimony (and reading what they found in police raids), I can't deny the real truth any longer. He was an abuser.

I feel oddly personally hurt by it too, because he exploited all of us. I was a kid and he actively targeted us as his audience, dragging all those children onto stage, acting like he was Mr Rogers and literally building an amusement park in his lawn, making all of us kids dream of a trip to Neverland...

Just like Wade, he was my hero from a VERY young age...so fucking of course he was a child molester, parading his victims in front of our faces like a sick joke.

My heart goes out to all the victims. I can't imagine how confusing and scary that must of been for them, and how helpless you would feel next to the power of the MJ estate.

Also, the mothers in this doc scare me just as much as MJ.

EDIT: Literally had a nightmare about MJ after finishing part 2 last night, where he was mad at ME for making this post!
