She scouted out the locations the day before and realized the beach location was going to be super difficult to navigate after the rain. She found this spot as a replacement and it couldn’t be more beautiful!

One of the most stunning places I’ve been. First time visiting but it definitely won’t be the last!
I went in for my state inspection on my 2016 Subaru crosstrek. They noticed a tear in the upper radiator hose and replaced it. They did a coolant flush as well. I had no issues with the car until today.
First it was a flashing red coolant light, I pulled over to check the manual and it shut off on its own. I returned to driving to work and it came on again for maybe 30 seconds. I stopped for 30 minutes to let it cool.
Between where I stopped and work I drove maybe 3 miles and got a solid red coolant light. I parked and turned off my car as soon as it was safe. No smoke, burning smells etc. it was driving normally.
But I’m concerned since I just got it flushed and now I’m having issues.
I know absolutely nothing about cars so I apologize if I’m using the wrong terms or if this is unclear.
Luckily there’s a Subaru dealership a mile from work and I’m going to see if they can squeeze me in once I’m done my shift.
What could be the issue and how serious is it?
I’m only driving to the dealership/mechanic and only if there’s no warning when I turn it on.
