Would it be safe for me to sleep in a newly painted room after 24 hours?

Idk if this is the right sub to ask, but with some of the details it feels right.

Basically I just had the ceiling in my room repainted because of water damage, and the smell of it is almost gone, however from what I saw the painter used "white spirit", and from what I read its used for oil-based paints.

Im temporarily sleeping in a different room, but i'm just wondering if it would be safe for me to move back into my room after the 24 hour mark once the smell is fully gone

Any comment is much appreciated!

Unable to sleep for the last 2 weeks, its genuinely affecting my days

For the last 2 weeks ive been unable to sleep before midnight. Personally, i feel my best when sleeping around 9-11 pm. If i try to sleep anytime after midnight i feel absolutely horrible the next day.

Lately ive been sleeping between 12 am and 2 am, usually after around 4-5 hours + a 3 hour nap right after waking up

Its completely throwing off my days that i feel nauseous, constantly hungry and need to lay down for several hours and just not getting anything done. Especially since im in Europe so im guessing the heatwave is making everything so much worse rn. Its genuinely annoying to me especially since i DO try to sleep at 10 pm every night, but i still end up tosing and turning for the next fuck knows how long

I just want some help in getting my body to actually sleep at least a decent 8 hours
