The US-Iran war is costing every Cypriot roughly the equivalent of one sheftalia pita per day for three and a half months. Or about 10 pitas per month for the whole year. If you count just the energy hit to household budgets, it's closer to two pitas per week.

Dragon’s Cave in Pomos

Idk what to say about this. It’s embarrassing and sad. The human feces is in the little cave right above the main cave in the first picture.

Blue Lagoon boat traffic

Rented a boat and went to the area. Snapped this on the way back from Fontana Amorosa. Apparently boat traffic is 3x during the weekends. The water and scenery is beautiful, but definitely busy.

Unsolicited shout out to Controlled Rain

Have been noticing an unusual amount of crickets in my backyard and with that scorpions. Checked my irrigation valve box and there was standing water. Turned the water off, drained it and noticed a crack in one of the PVC pipes. Texted Controlled Rain with a picture, booked an appointment, technician showed up and fixed it and tested my irrigation system, all in a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price.
