Give me advice on how to moan while masturbating?

My (18) boyfriend (22) and I are long distance. Judge me if you want, but we send nudes and recently upgraded to videos of us masturbating. He said he’d like to see me do myself and moan. But I found out I don’t really make any sound while masturbating, it doesn’t feel as natural as during sex. Any advice? Thank you.

Would it be possible to experience pain mainly in my back?

So this year I had to take lots of antibiotics. And probably as a result of that, I probably got gastritis. The initial symptoms were intense back pain in the middle, nausea and sometimes feeling like smbd’s squeezing my stomach. I had no reflux or vomiting. I quickly realised it might be gastritis, because I already had it a few years ago and the symptoms were similar. Except that I had also reflux and burning throat back then. Anyways, I was on PPIs (Nolpaza) for two weeks now. And then I felt better so 5 days ago I stopped taking it (especially bcs I really hate taking medications generally). Right now, I’m experiencing back pain again, but it’s not as severe. And sometimes some pain here and there but nothing major and morning nausea. Should I keep taking Nolpaza? Should I ask my GP to give me a referral to a gastroenterologist? Should O give it a chance and not take Nolpaza again?
You know, I don’t really want to take PPIs just for back pain and some nausea especially my gastritis isn’t confirmed yet by endoscopy.

When your health issues started, did you feel like you were bothering your PCP?

I’ve been having some health issues for the past year. And unfortunately something new (symptom) comes up often. And when I just don’t know what else to do anymore, I want to go to my PCP. But I feel like I’m kind of bothering her in some way? In my country, it works like this: First you have to go to your PCP and they’ll decide if they run the tests that are needed or gives you a referral to a specialist. So it’s obvious that with health issues, I have to go there more often that other people do. But I feel like she doesn’t understand yk? That she thinks that “it’s smth everytime”, but I feel like that’s what’s concerning. Idk.
