I need advice. Please help :(

I graduated last year and had my first job at Makati for about 5 months. I resigned kasi napagod ako sa 5x a week RTO and low pay.
I tried applying again and luckily, I got 2 job offers.

  1. Kilalang-kilala na company but lower pay (accounting role)
  2. BPO with higher pay (finance role - AP)

I accepted yung una and sent a rejection email dun sa pangalawa.

In my head, maganda sa resume if galing ako sa company na yon. But when I started working, I realized na hindi aligned sa akin yung work culture. I couldn't even take sick leaves kasi walang gagawa ng work ko kaya matatambak sila. Now I'm contemplating if worth it ba yung sahod ko sa workload and stress na dala nung role.

I'm also regretting na hindi ko inaccept yung finance role. I think mas chill yung work doon as per the job description sent to me, kaysa dito sa work na tinanggap ko. Mas mataas pa yung sahod.

Nailsip kong mag-resign na lang kasi hindi ko talaga sure kung tatagal pa ko dito. And I'm also thinking na balikan yung 2nd company na nag-offer sakin. Okay lang kaya na mag-email sa recruiter na gusto kong i-accept yung offer nila? Even after 2 months? And I don't know if idedeclare ko pa sa resume ko yung stay ko dito kasi 2 months lang naman, and I don't want to come off as a hopper.

Please advise. Huhu. Thank you!
