As per the title, please suggest me a book to learn calculus 123 were I already finished pre calculus and many of peoples suggest thomas and James Stewart book

I have stammering from my age 9-10yrs old and now I am 16., I have noticed that it occurs from my anxiety. If anxiety increase stammering also increase , if anxiety decrease stammering also decrease. I can't control my anixety, it comes suddenly in any situation, I even shutter sometimes while taking to most known persons like my sister, I want to overcome this problem, it held me alone in every situation and my college gonna to open in 4 days , I don't wanna my college days as like my school days . Please anyone know how to overcome this stammering ( anxiety) then please help me !
