My neighbor runs an illegal restaurant from his backyard. Has loud music every weekend, rattles my windows, and sells food and alcohol.

I've gone through all the avenues but no help from law enforcement or elected officials. So I want to fight fire with fire.

I got tickets to the round of 32 world cup game. I am looking at a flight that arrives international at 2:30pm on the 30th. Is that plenty of time to make it to the stadium? Thinking of leaving my luggage at a locker in the airport to prevent any time from being wasted by going to the hotel.

Also. How bad will it be leaving after the game? I want to estimate what time I can pick up my items from airport and potential check in time.
