I tried over and over again to get it stuck in this mud pit, but it just wouldn’t let me

Maybe leaky valve seals? Unsure of where to start with this and how bad this is

Hi all, I’m trying to figure out the correct hardware to install this cover my Jimny didn’t come with. Also, anybody have a recommendation for an extended spare mounting bracket? Looking to mount an aftermarket 15x7 wheel and I don’t believe it will fit on the standard mount. Cheers
