Is there any update on the trade in offer for gen 1 owners or kickstarters? As a kickstarter and I'm already on 2nd pair of gen 1 I feel pretty disappointed. 2nd pair is also having issues which makes me think I'm forced to buy gen 2, 3rd pair in 2 years.
The gen 2 is what I feel like kickstarters should have gotten in the first place.
I've owned the Embody for half a year now. Already during the first few weeks, my thoracic region (upper mid back) started hurting while I was sitting. Now, after several attempts to adjust it, I’ve decided to look for another high-end chair. What are my options? My budget is in the same range as the Embody, but of course, something cheaper would work too.

Hi, developer here. I got tasked to try local AI assisted development. Idea is to move away from cloud AI inference and use local inference instead and compare the performance. Currently using GH Copilot and Codex with couple of MCP servers. I really like the abilities MCP servers give me.

So my question: With 6-8k USD budget, what is the best thing I can get? Currently Windows user and would prefer to stay Windows but ready to move to another OS if needed. Would prefer laptop but again ready for something else. I feel like the Nvidia Spark would been perfect but Im not able to wait.
