Anyone with fishless tank cycle experience recommendations? (ghost feeding)

So I have a 10.8 rimless tank and I’m going though the process about a 3 weeks but I want to hear some explanations on like how often should I feed or check the parameters and even if I have go do water changes?

I’m making a new tank set up and I’m all for suggestions:)

Well I do have a fishless tank going on with only ghost feeding about a week or so and I have a fuval 107 in this 10.8gallon Landen rimless and the last pic contains the latest parameters so I’m unsure if I should do a water change or like add ammonia lock or let it continue it’s course I don’t want to interfere much with this but I wanted to ask for some advice and well I do plan to add some celestial pearl and one honey germ but I hope when tank is more mature I can do 4 blue dreams as well but let me know what I should do and any other suggestions I will greatly appreciate it!!

Ps I did make a post about the tank a couple of weeks back bc it was broken but I bought it again bc my lfs didn’t carry any but I do love my tank and I will get more plants asap

I’m just starting so comments or suggestions will be helpful!

So I posted here a couple weeks ago about me getting a Landen tank again after how poorly it was handled and I decided to give it a try one more time and I got it very different than how I received it the first place it was sealed with wood and extra padding 3 boxes in total to get to my tank so I was very pleased so I starting to set it up and I got a 107 fuval canister filter (it was a nightmare setting it up with my metal lily pipes bc I couldn’t get the sizing correct) but we all learn and I’m doing a fishless cycle with only ghost feed and I will try to have it naturally circling as much as possible and I ordered these plexi glass panels to be my tank lid.
I just tested the parameters yesterday it was

PH 6.7
Ammonia .25
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0

I just added water and all the decoration about a week or so and I haven’t been able to set up the canister filter until two days ago and then yesterday I added fish food to probably all these numbers are a little off, but I do plan to add ammonia lock to see if that helps ammonia levels, disappear or should I just do a water change?

And I do plan to get more plants for the set up because I do plan to add about eight galaxy rasboras and one honey gourami and about 4 blue dreams

What can I do for my hair to get longer and thicker

So I wanted to come here for help!!!!
I hope you’re doing well!

So I’m clueless rn I look at mg hair and I’m like why it’s not pretty 😭😭 so Idk what hair type I am tbh but I know it's not wavy I just like braids and putting it in a bun but I have always been trying to get my hair thicker and well the pics that I have at the end are the before and now it's the after like from today and I only have rat tail when I braid it and which idk what to do. (Could be stress as well and is not my hair more frizzy and even if I just lightly brush my hair and my hair just always falls out)
In the pictures that I have me sitting in the car is when I was starting to use the Korean shampoo doctor groot I think and well it helped, but then my scalp started getting very dry and my hair would start a falling out faster so 1 was afraid I was gonna go bold so I stopped by and then I am starting on the herbal essentials repair and strengthening I see my hair is falling out less and once a week I use the perfect day detox shampoo with its conditioner and I see the hair falling out less, but I'm not sure if it's just my hair is that damaged from shampoos? I've never dyed nor use heat only sometimes blow drying but like once every few months if I'm late for something, nor use any crazy products besides rosemary or like natural remedies and I feel like that hasn't been helping much cause then my head started getting very itchy so I'm not sure if it's something to do with the product or in general what products or recommendations can y'all give me? Like routine or something like that!!

Please and I’m open to anything and thank you 😭😭

Should I add these items to fix my tank water color

Should I add both UV underwater filter and an air pump/ stones?
Hey guys I knew to all this fish keeping and the reason I stumbled across this new amazing hobby is because my friend recently moved and she couldn't keep her fishes and she had them in a 20 gallon tank which I feel I didn't need so l upgraded them to a 55 gallon that I bought from PetSmart and before I put them in I let it cycle for at least three or so weeks so I know the levels were right, I put them in in a couple days after they were in there the water started turning a brownish murky green and I thought it was just for the waste that they produce, and I would do water changes, clean out the filter lightly and try to see if I could add more plants to my set up and now I'm debating in whether I should add a underwater UV filter to get rid of that algae bloom. I'm having an add some more oxygen flow so I can make the water circulate a little bit better.
I will include some pics. I know I have an angelfish and a pleco and idk what the other fishes are but I really do want to make it better for them so any advice or suggestions you have or see something I'm doing wrong. Please let me know and I will include the levels of how the water is doing noW
thank you so much for taking the time to read and if you give me advice or critics, I will gladly accept them
