Transferred already on 0.8mg but Trillium started me at 0.5mg?

I’ve recently transferred over to Trillium already prescribed 0.8mg semaglutide from Friday’s and uploaded my current prescription during intake. I was approved, but Trillium prescribed what I’m assuming is their standard titration starting at 0.5mg without any consultation.

I messaged the NP asking about continuing my current dose, but my meds shipped before I received a response. 😭

Has anyone transferring in on an established dose dealt with this? Mainly trying to figure out who I need to contact to have my current dose reviewed as I’m not trying to mess up any progress I’ve made.

Wanting to switch providers.

Hello all,

Currently looking into switching from Fridays to Pomegranate for my compounded sema. I was interested to know what anyone else’s experience was with this pipeline?

I’m over Fridays as they’ve lost their minds with pricing, experience with rude providers (one literally hung up in my face, and Fridays did absolutely nothing) and they’ve been really complicated about their BMI standards.

I’ve essentially been on a “maintenance” dose for half of the year I’ve been with them after experiencing moderate side effects at my peak. Sneakily since then, they’ve lowered the concentration over the last few months and refuse to increase my dose despite increased appetite, cravings, and weight regain.

I’m currently 5’7, 154lbs with a BMI of 24.9.. if I tried to switch over to Pom are they gonna 1) find me ineligible to join, or 2) I’m eligible but denied higher doses because of my BMI?
