Arm weird??

My arm has been weak lately and doing stuff just sucks. Holding a 5lb item makes me nervous because I know I’ll drop it and typing like this just irritates me cause my hand doesn’t want to respond.

Add in some brain fog and forgetting words and I swear I’m about to throw something.

I’m just wondering what others have done to help with the inconvenience of their dominant hand not cooperating. Im at my wits end.

Multiple Sclerosis SSDI

I have recently began to have flare ups with my condition so l've been thinking of ways to lessen the load on me and actions that would be necessary, my question if has anyone gotten SSDI for MS and if so how long did it take you plus your symptoms

For the Parents

I am 23 and a mother to a 16 month old. I have had MS for 3 years and now it is suddenly flaring pretty bad, I never realized it could be this bad until now and it’s suddenly hitting me that if I don’t slow down I won’t be here long enough, if I do slow down I won’t have money to pay bills. I’m so lost I want to quit my job, I want to spend this time with my child. I don’t want her to see me at my worst anymore. How do parents with MS get through this part?

MS Assistance?

I NEED to go to the doctor due to new symptoms however I cannot afford it and was kicked off of Medicaid because “I make too much”. I was wondering what my options were and how long they would take because this is somewhat dire in my opinion.

Symptoms are

  1. Weakness in right arm
  2. Muscle spasms
  3. Increased brain fog
  4. Legs feeling like lead weights
  5. Migraines
  6. Constant fatigue, I might get a good 3-5 hours of energy if I’m not doing anything

Disability?

I’ve been diagnosed for about 3 years and I have began to get worsening fatigue and brain fog. I’m to the point I can barely get up in the morning for work and sometimes I just don’t. I’m young(23) but this is terrible already, I can’t even imagine how it’ll be later on. I am wondering what it would take to get on disability.

Also side note, I have began to feel weaker and weaker in my muscles but I thought that was normal because I stopped going to the gym. However, maybe that’s not supposed to happen?? I feel delicate if that helps.
