Are people gonna accept Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama?

Today somehow I just want to end this debate!! Many people continue to ask if he will be able to play the role correctly ? After doing movies like Animal ? Yesterday my friends and I were having a conversation on Ramayana and one of our friends questioned why we were talking about this? How can RK fans gonna accept him after films like Animal? And most probably he will shoot for Animal park after that. This made me get angry and questioned at the same time...So I think the short answer to that question is yes. When thinking about how to portray Lord Rama properly, this means portraying the character with an air of nobility, dignity and respect for others as well as providing a believable portrayal of a human being. If Ranbir can keep his performance within his control and sincere, then he has the capability to give a believable performance as Lord Rama.

More importantly, though, is the fact that Ranbir is fully aware of what an important role he has taken on and did not take this role lightly. Therefore his understanding of the role shows his respect for this character.

Thus, regardless of what some may believe, this will not be considered miscast simply because they expected something different than they were provided. A good portion of the time, the best performers are those individuals who people will question to start.

Also she has a daughter now and for her As such, I think that Ranbir will make a great portrayal of Lord Rama due to the lack of hype surrounding this production, rather than because he is producing sound in his portrayal of Lord Rama.

Let's hope for the best 👍💯

A Police Constable on India's Got Latent was NOT on my 2026 bingo card 💀🚔

I genuinely thought I'd seen everything on India's Got Latent, but a real police constable showing up as a contestant 💀 has to be one of the most random plot twists yet... 🤣🤣

Out of all the people I expected to walk onto that stage, "Police Constable" was probably dead last.

This show somehow keeps proving that the most unpredictable contestants make the best episodes. Every time I think, "There's no way they can surprise me again," they somehow do.

What was your first reaction when the constable walked on stage? Did anyone else have a "Wait... is this actually real?" moment?

Zahid Khan is playing the character of Angad in Ramayana 🤯🏹

Zahid Khan is playing the character of Angad in Ramayana 🤯

The actor also praised RanbirKapoor and said “Watching him work was a learning experience. During one scene, the camera was focused on another actor, and Ranbir sir was standing behind the camera, giving cues to help improve the performance.

He didn’t have to do that, but he wanted to contribute to making the scene better. That level of generosity impressed me greatly. It reminded me of how friends help each other during auditions.”

Is Toxic actually being used to set the stage for Yash as Ravana in Ramayana?

Looking at these visuals, I can't help but wonder if this is actually part of a bigger marketing strategy.

Yash plays Ravana in Ramayana, and Toxic is releasing first. Instead of showing him as a typical action hero, the makers are presenting him with an intimidating, almost demonic screen presence. The bloodshot eyes, the rage, the raw intensity, and the larger-than-life aura all make it easier for audiences to accept him as Ravana later.

What's even more interesting is that Yash himself has said his collaboration with producer Namit Malhotra on Toxic eventually led to his casting as Ravana.

Fans have already been comparing his Toxic look to Ravana for months, long before these new promos dropped.

I'm not saying this is confirmed, but if this was planned, it's a pretty clever way to build anticipation. By the time Ramayana arrives, audiences will have already spent months watching Yash in a fierce, menacing avatar.

Coincidence... or one of the smartest long-term marketing strategies in Indian cinema?

Ramayana trailer is coming soon...

According to early internal discussions around the film’s promotional assets, the dialogues have turned out exceptionally powerful and are expected to leave a major impact on audiences. The recently released “Rama” glimpse already created strong reactions among viewers, but sources close to the production suggest that it only revealed a very small portion of what the film has to offer. One particular sequence that has reportedly become a major talking point internally is the emotional moment involving Dashrath mourning Lord Ram before exile. Whereas this scene carries extraordinary emotional weight and relies entirely on performance. The scene circulate around Dashrath uttering the word “Ram” during one of the most heartbreaking moments in the story. The story of Ramayana already exists in millions of households across generations. Audiences know these characters intimately, which means the film’s success will depend heavily on execution, authenticity, and emotional resonance rather than simply scale.

Another major development surrounding the project is the expected arrival of the first full trailer. According to Source of KBP REVIEW, the official trailer is likely to release after 15th July, and curiosity among trade circles is already extremely high. Unlike the earlier teaser, which focused more on visual introduction and scale, the trailer is expected to showcase the emotional core of the film in much greater detail with Having several powerful dialogues been specifically designed to create what insiders are describing as a divine cinematic experience.

The makers are also actively working toward hosting a massive global launch event in Dubai, UAE on October 28, 2026. Internally, the event has reportedly been referred to as the “Desert Premiere.” Initial discussions around this overseas launch had earlier been paused because of geopolitical tensions Between Iran & America.

Let's hope for the best...

Ramayana poster - Mata Sita 😊😇

Valmiki’s Ramayana does not present Sita as just a character, but as the embodiment of grace, strength, devotion, and dignity. This first look of Sita feels like a visual echo of that timeless presence.

Working on the Ravana Poster Gave Me Goosebumps... Which One Should I Drop First?

I've been working on a series of fan-made posters for the upcoming Ramayana, featuring Ram, Lakshman, Sita, Hanuman, and Ravana.

After spending quite some time on Hanuman Ji and Sita Mata, I finally started working on Ravana's poster. And honestly... I got literal goosebumps.

We've already seen glimpses of his costume and aura in the trailer, even though his face hasn't been fully revealed yet. If Yash as Ravana can create this much hype from just a few seconds on screen, I can only imagine what the official trailer and the movie are going to feel like. His presence looks absolutely extraordinary.

The crazy part is that this is just a fan-made poster, and it's already giving me chills. I can't wait to see the official reveal.

So, what do you all want?

Drop the posters one by one and build the hype?

Or

release all five together as a complete set?

Vote in the comments and let me know!

Upvote if you're excited for the Ramayana poster and do follow so that you don't miss it...💗 🏹
