I’m looking to lose around 10kg in a healthy way, I’m 90kg and 182cm

I have an old HP ProDesk 400 G1 SFF with these specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 (4 cores / 4 threads, up to 3.6 GHz)
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4600 (integrated)
RAM: 16 GB DDR3
Storage: 1 TB SSD
PSU: 240W
Case: Small Form Factor (SFF)
Is this PC worth upgrading, or should I save for a newer system?
If it’s worth upgrading, what low-profile GPU would you recommend that works with the 240W PSU and SFF case?
My goal is to play games like GTA V, GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition, Roblox, Fortnite, Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, The Crew 2, Drift86, eFootball, Happy’s Humble Burger Farm, and other older AAA titles at 1080p with decent settings.
My budget is around €100–200
