Not to be gross.
I have started to get more exercise & try to make it a part of my daily routine. Every time I go out for a run I have to take a bowl movement..sorry. I don’t have to go before. It’s like I can’t run beyond like 0.5 or maybe a mile in any direction from my house. Any diet or vitamin suggestions to help this?
