Just noticed two leaves suddenly went yellow.
Pulled her out and saw there isn’t much of a root structure.

I just now changed the soil that it came with to a lighter vermiculite and lava rock mixed succulent blend

Think she’ll make it? Any recommendation?

I also found these nodules in the soil, not sure what they are…part of her roots? Can I prop from these?

The only thing that changed was I took her outside for some sun for a couple hours a few weeks ago. Since then I noticed the momma got dark suddenly the babies are arm that got knocked off when moving a few years back, and they seem fine.

I don’t *think* it’s rot. It’s not soft, and is darker towards the top.

Any idea of what’s going on here, or anything I can do?

Any chance she’ll bounce back?
