Advice

Is it just me, or does anyone else’s brain glitch over the most normal things a cute guy does? It’s starting to worry me that I’m not a normal person, and honestly, it can feel really overwhelming. Whenever I find a guy attractive or cute whether he's on TV or just in real life in my class or whatever, if he says a super simple word for example "touch," "girl," "table," "chair," or even if he just does a completely normal action like standing up, my mind instantly goes, "Oh, like wow, he knows how to do that. He knows what that word is. He knows the definition of that, how does he know that? Damn, we live in the same world and he speaks the same language as me, that's kind of cute." It’s like even the most basic, simple words make me feel like that but at the same time, it feels so weird to hyperfocus on those tiny details because I can't seem to find anyone else who goes through this exact thing, it makes me scared that something is wrong with me or that it's somehow dangerous. Does anyone else get these exact kinds of thoughts when they have a crush or am I totally on my own with this?

Got bumped down to jv

I started doing cheer my sophomore year and I ended making the JV team and now it's junior year, my school got a new cheer coach and I made varsity. During the summer I ended up with an injury that had me sitting out for a while but now I barely started going to practice again and I was very worried about my varsity spot being taken away. I tried my best but it has been hard and today the coaches wanted me to stay back for a bit after practice. I was concerned and worried and the coach told me that they had made the decision to bump me down to JV and they were telling me that I need to fix my material and whenever I get a comment on what I can fix its like if I don't end up changing anything so they said they were putting me to JV and I was so heartbroken, I felt like whatever I tried to push through pain even when it was hot I feel like it still wasn't enough. I have a JV game that I will have to attend on Wednesday and a varsity game on Thursday which I was supposed to go to but since I was bumped down I don't know. They told me that this is not permanent and I still have time to "prove them wrong" and I just need to work on my material and I feel very discouraged I feel like I want to quit, I had a panic attack and it was very horrible I don't know what to do I feel stuck and embarrassed and it was my fault and its just really bad I really need some advice

Zoloft and Ocd

Hi everyone, I am currently on day 20 or 21 of a Zoloft increase to 50mg and I think I am hitting a stabilization dip. After a few days of feeling better, my intrusive thoughts have suddenly roared back and feel incredibly real. I am dealing with heavy harm ocd and pocd themes, and they are accompanied by an intense physical pressure and muscle tension. My OCD is labeling this physical tension as desire or curiosity to do something bad, and it keeps telling me you're going to do this. Because my intense panic has turned into emotional numbness, the lack of fear is making the thoughts feel like actual intent. Has anyone else experienced this kind of rebound spike, false curiosity, and intense physical pressure during their medication adjustment phase?
