Console lid came detached - how fix it?

I've had my Uncharted for about 6 weeks. As you probably know if you're reading this sub, the lid of the center console has a strange hinge system so it can open to the left or to the right.

Yesterday, as I was flipping the console open, the lid somehow detached on both sides, connected to the console only by the odd Z-shaped connector in the back that allows it to go both ways.

I've tried to reattach the lid, but have been unsuccessful so far. FWIW, the little buttons on the sides that you use to open it are in a weird state -- the button on the right side can be pushed in, but the one on the left is stuck; that might be what's keeping it from clicking back into place.

Has anyone else run into this, or have any ideas on how to get it back in place? I'd like to not have to take it to a dealer to have them do it.

Thanks!

CarPlay USB disconnection issues after nav sw update

We've got a 2024 Niro EV. I have an Android phone and my wife has an iPhone. Up until last week, we had no problems with either Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.

After installing the April navigation software update a few days ago, my phone still works fine with Android Auto, but my wife's iPhone keeps getting disconnected randomly when she uses it.

I've read several reddit threads about CarPlay problems that for the most part seemed to be due to the USB cord or connectors. This seems different, since we had no problems with the same cables, etc, until the software update.

Has anyone else run into this?
