Geico Class Action Lawsuit

Surely we can all work together to start a class action lawsuit. Enough people come forward with complaints of retaliation, harassment, and discrimination and something will happen. We all seem to be having the experience so why not do something about it? These supervisors are listening to our calls and typing up about us all day at work to protect theirselves…why dont we take action to protect us? We could find ways to document and build a case just like they do. There are thousands falling victim to this greedy corporation that pays managers to do unethical things to ensure company profit. Where or how do we start?

Geico Richardson Galatyn

Who is apart of the Richardson Galatyn crew? I have been with Geico for a few months and really down about accepting the job offer because I am so unhappy. The culture is terrible, leadership has no call center or insurance experience so they never know what theyre talking about, metrics are incredibly unrealistic in my department, and every breathe and step I take is micromanaged. Why did they decide to hire so many supervisors without experience? I really dont think I can stay here much longer. I really regret leaving my previous job because this place is so stressful, disappointing, and disrespectful.
