Hostel City food hygiene has gone too far Rats roaming around food shops
This is getting serious now.
If you live in Hostel City, you must have noticed it. The hygiene condition around the shops is terrible. Rats have been seen roaming around the shops and food stalls openly. I'm attaching a video from today.
We all buy chips, burgers, shawarmas from here daily without thinking twice, but if the food is kept open like this with rats around, it's a direct risk to our health.
Especially the shops between Street 3 and Street 4 - like the Asif Chips spot - everyone goes there. Please be extra careful, make sure whatever you are buying is properly covered, fresh and clean before you eat it.
Request to all shopkeepers and Hostel City management to please take this seriously. Get proper cleaning done, do pest control and cover the food items properly.
Students' health should be first priority.
