I've been using Leadswitchboard to build out a real lead-gen marketplace (Faireleads) for tax resolution firms. Sharing what I found to be useful.

• Ping-Post delivery — instead of dumping leads on buyers or doing flat round-robin, it pings every eligible buyer and gives them a claim window (we set 15 min) before falling back to a backup buyer. Feels like a genuinely fair way to handle "who gets this lead" without multi-selling the same contact to 4 firms.
• Custom onboarding builder — I could configure buyer-specific screening questions (credentials, states served, minimum debt threshold, case type) that actually drive filtering/matching, not just decorative form fields.
• Pricing rules engine — set up tiered credit pricing based on lead attributes (in our case, debt size) without needing custom code — just condition-based rules.
• White-label branding — got our palette/logo/legal doc links onto the buyer-facing portal so it doesn't feel like a bolted-on third-party tool.

Support's been responsive when I hit edge cases (a couple of locked settings, a mapping conflict) — not everything was perfectly self-explanatory out of the box, but nothing that didn't get resolved with a support email.

Worth taking a look if you are building something similar. Shout out to Calvin Gomes for creating this brilliant software, making my work 20x easier.

What's good boys! Making a bit of progress on this project. Applied for the US LLC today. Got a domain and set up the landing page. Now, for FB ads we need a privacy policy URL. Claude suggests I consult with a lawyer & not use the draft it gave me, mainly cuz of the nature of business. Non-resident, TCPA sensitive data, marketplace model etc. What are you guys doing?
