I don't see a clear walk through for shipping a trombone hand slide... Does anyone have some experience they could share? What size of box? Packing materials? Protecting the slide? The slide doctor has a cool system, but I'm not sure a wooden box is totally necessary.... Thoughts?

I will have to book a trip soon and prices are higher than ever it seems. How can I maximize reward points earning and status from this trip while keeping it as cheap as possible?

I have Atmos Summit ready to go and this trip will definitely help with the introductory bonus too.
