I'm in the market for a new mattress, and am considering a latex one from Arizona Premium Mattress. But this subreddit gives me the impression that solid latex is not the way to go.
For those of you who tried solid latex builds and didn't like them, what was the problem? Was there not enough support (e.g., hips sank), or not enough plush (e.g., too many pressure points), or something else?
So this is a vintage or possibly antique guan yin statue, about 27" tall. It's glazed ceramic and fragile - it's already been repaired once when the head broke off.
I was thinking of selling it on ebay, but was wondering if someplace else might be better. And how the hell do I pack it? I was planning on double-boxing it, but apart from that I have no idea what to do b/c of the fragility and that curvature. Any advice appreciated.
